Know EXACTLY how you feel. Oh, yeah. Big time. As they say, been there, done that. What I write here isn't going to make the misery and the frustration go away. But think about this: However long it takes, whenever you've had time to calm down, to have the hurt and pain die away, think again about your choices. And their consequences. You may well choose at that time to continue in your life untreated, without a T and without meds. And that can be all well and good. More power to you.

But if at that time you wonder whether you can really make it on your own, whether your personal problems are more than the average person's, whether you do in fact need professional help, then don't burn your bridges behind you now. Everyone has the right to change their mind and strike out on their own if that's what they choose to do. If that's what they think is right for them. But when the time comes for you to make that decision, don't shoot yourself in the foot by already having deleted the possibility of returning to T and to meds. Keep all your options open!
