Well the worst she can do is say no. If you don't ask, it will definantly be a no.
I know vyvanse also comes in 70mg , i'm currently on 40 but have been all over the place from 30 to 70 and 70 worked best for me, but currently im in midst of a pdoc change so my answer was "not yet" ..

Not sure exactly where you are in Texas, but I know Child and Family Guidance is usually pretty good at listening. the one in the plano office that is. The only other place I've been is Metrocare/lifepaths and that reminded me too much of Parkland's ER. lol.
