I had a group of older men in my head that use to make their pronouncements to me, about me and my life. I told my therapist and she said, "Tell them I don't believe they exist." I burst out laughing as my therapist was very small and the idea of my saying, "My therapist told me to tell you she doesn't believe you exist" to this group and their imagined reaction of "jumping her" in anger, the whole silliness of the scenario, like a cartoon, just tickled me and the group disappeared.

Next time the three we's get arguing, get in there with "We are not amused!" and assert yourself instead of just yelling at them. Show yourself you are in charge and not them, take control of the situation. Did you watch the Harry Potter movies? Do the Riddikulus spell on the three?
