So yes, I had my first session with my new T the other day. It went pretty well and she seems nice. We just had a getting to know each other kind of session and she asked me a lot of questions she would have already known the answers to since she has my file. I'm not sure what the point of that was but I played along with it.

Anyway, I had promised myself I would tell her about the occasional SI that I sometimes do (scratching with a thumb tack). I want to get it sorted out before it escalates but I couldn't bring myself to tell her. The problem is, I am not seeing her for another three weeks and I know this is going to be bugging me and I don't know what I should do. Should I just wait until next session? Or should I try and book another one like next week or something? I don't want to seem to needy and dependent and generally annoying. I need to make a decision soon though because I may not be able to get another appointment in if I don't book soon.
