do you think they have ways of helping you keep the anger under control as you are dealing with it? He was very still and quiet and watched me. It kind of made my anger fizzle out because I felt like I was reacting too strongly for the situation. It was actually a good thing. He certainly didn't fight back at all. He was like a sponge, just sort of watching and observing what I was saying.
