How'd the appointment go?

Hoping that it gave you some insight to the tears. Not much help from me right now, other than to say I can totally relate. Today was one of those days where I dragged myself out of bed for work, and spent the entire day fighting tears and wishing I could be crying in bed instead. Guess we all have spots like this, so know you aren't alone!
