Oh, Shayatanica, my heart to you for having OCD from this early age... I'm not a therapist, but I feel it's possible, 'cause I also had OCD since as young as I can ever remember, that I can't even get to the starting point 
My parents used to tell me things of my very early childhood (first 5 years of my life) that sound really strange. Like I used to lay on the bed in a certain position, then begin to sing all the children songs we used to sing in KG in a certain order, & if I stumble or say any song-word in a wrong way, I force myself to repeat not only this song, but the whole songs order from the very beginning, & I used to scream from frustration when I had to do that  Now imagine having that when you're just coming out of babyhood
