Is that even possible?
I was talking on the phone with my Mother today about how mental disorders run so rampant in our family. And she let slip a detail about my childhood that I never knew about! Evidently when I was as young as two, I would obsessively organize my toybox & have to set things while I was playing with them just so. And if my little sister tripped or messed up my organizing, I would smack her & have to start all over again. : / Is this normal? Is this even possible? I didn't think OCD was possible as young as that! |

i've seen little ones be very particular about their toys, but never their toybox. i think any disorder that can have a genetic tie can start at earliest comprehension.. idk tho. not a t or anything

Oh, Shayatanica, my heart to you for having OCD from this early age... I'm not a therapist, but I feel it's possible, 'cause I also had OCD since as young as I can ever remember, that I can't even get to the starting point  My parents used to tell me things of my very early childhood (first 5 years of my life) that sound really strange. Like I used to lay on the bed in a certain position, then begin to sing all the children songs we used to sing in KG in a certain order, & if I stumble or say any song-word in a wrong way, I force myself to repeat not only this song, but the whole songs order from the very beginning, & I used to scream from frustration when I had to do that  Now imagine having that when you're just coming out of babyhood  |

Thank you so much for your response!! Yeah, I was really weird as a little kid... Haha. It's interesting to see that someone else had it really young too! : )
