My issue is motivation  . I'm so bad at exercising by myself consistently. And no one i know will do it with me. Anyone want to be my "workout buddy"? Lol. I'll make sure you stick to your plan while you make sure I do too! I'm going to try to take on "Insanity" again. I quit halfway through last time, and that was with someone doing it with me :/........

Yeah, I find exercise helpful especially dancing (for fun) weightlifting and playing playground type games will make me feel better, walking helps too and i always listen to music for indoor exercises.

But I also have lack of motivation and really exercise on impulse very late at night


And in the fall iam in marching band and since we not only play music we move while playing and it is a very mental and physical activity and helps keep me in shape
