I tend to have the same problem with people in real life...trying to get them to understand what I'm saying and I've been a cutter for the last 15 years or so.

I struggle on a daily basis to just talk to someone I can relate to in the ways I need to relate to people. It's very hard, but is possible.

Hang in there...it will get better.
