hey, i gained 80 pounds on antipsychotics, but before that i was bodybuilding for 7 years and i was in great shape, basically cut down on your carbohydrates, sugar,and sodium.... personally i never watched calories, i just watched my carbohydrates,sugar, and sodium, and i was successfull. i ate every 3 or 4 hours, i would eat eggs, chilli, deer meat, salad, chicken, tuna, yogurt... basically anything that doesnt have alot of carbohydrates. sometimes i would eat beef jerky becuase its high in protien but it has alot of sodium. i was also taking creatine and protien powder. but since your a girl i wouldnt take creatine. unless your bodybuilding. but i did alot of cardio too. running on treadmill, oliptical machine, stepper machine..... but since u dont have access to that just walk and jog on the trail. try to get your heart rate elevated. doing cardio will make u loose weight, that means jogging on the trail. start out jogging for a minute then walking a minute and keep doing that untill u can jog the whole trail. when it gets cold out and u cant go on the trail , get a home workout program like insanity. cerial is good, but dont eat bread and pastas, and junk food, or fast food. i never ate bread or pastas. too many carbs., oh and certain medication can make it hard to loose weight , i dont know what kind of meds your on but look into it. do some research. google. hope this helps.
