I would call her office and tell THEM I need a referral to SOMEONE ELSE because she is never in and you need better care than this, so please refer me to someone else. They should be able to give you the name of a good therapist. And the should be able to understand too, cause if she's never in the office, you dont' get CARE!!! That's what I would do, and you'd take your file with you too. Tell them you don't have TIME to see her again, if they tell you they WANT you to - tell them you need care NOW.
If they won't refer you, I would report them to the medical board due to several issues -- #1, Dr. is never there; #2, staff won't refer you. #3 iinadequate care #4 need emergency care & no one available
If you can think of more, go for it. But they SHOULD refer you. Just ask them nicely for a referral and you should get it. Best of luck and God bless. Hugs, Lee
