since your thyroid is normal there is nothing for you to do, normal means your thyroid gland is the way its supposed to be, is working the way its supposed to be and is healthy.

sorry we cant diagnose you meaning we cant tell you what this is in you. only your doctors can tell you why you are having brain fogs and what to do about it.
with me I get brain fogs from ...
my meds
sleeping too much
not sleeping enough
not eating correctly
and not drinking enough water.
its part of my having
Multiple Sclerosis
stress
anxiety
depression
my mother gets it because she is menopausal
I also know people with body dysmorphic disorder /OCD who have this same problem
again only your own doctors can tell you what this is called in you and how to best treat it in you.
suggestion if this continues to bother you, contact your treatment providers, they can tell you if its a symptom of your existing mental problems, a physical problem and can get you tested if its something new.
