Can I expect this drowsiness to abate? I have been having lunch time snoozes, which is not an option when I'm at work.

I sometimes really miss the hospital - the structure and the fact that we are all fighting similar battles.
I take Seroquel and have found it a nightmare to get used to. Was ok at 150mg but the doc started increasing it after my last 'episode' and eventually got to 300mg. The drowsiness took some getting used to but eventually eased off and I was able to work full time again. Then the latest episode happened....upped to 400mg and I didn't really notice the effects while in hospital because I was on so many other meds. But when I got home I thought somebody had knocked me out with a hammer whenever I tried to get out of bed. I asked if I could drop it back down but doc said NO! It's been 13 days since i came out of hospital and I can finally say that the sedative effects seem to be lessening and I am more able to function and dare I say....having a mood lift I say stick with it if you can and it will be a rocky road but once your body is used to it you might find a difference in your mood. Worth a shot?
