((((JD)))) I understand how hard it is to say 'good bye' to those we love and enjoy being with, but if it is at the expense of your health and well-being in this manner, I hope you will share this with your T. Perhaps you can work on gaining tools to help prepare for the separation, and then to have a safety plan and a strong support system once your SO moves.

It is incredibly important to see how strong and lovely you are and that you CAN do this. Also, long distance relationships are not out of the realm of possibility. They are hard but can work!

In addition, if you truly love your SO, it's important to be supportive and to encourage that person to grow (whether you agree or not). And especially to not close any doors between you. Wish them well and keep the door open to them with love.
