I'm on day three. not smoking is being a real challenge, but I keep running and my pace has gone from an average 13 min. a mile to 11 min. a mile after just three days. I am starting to run for longer between walks, just enough to get that flying feeling back.
it's been just over a year since I was running a constant eight as my normal run. I just want to be back at six! and take my kids out with me again with them on their bikes! I can't wait!
