Please keep us informed! (Could you talk to your teacher(s) about what's happening, too?)
Sorry for the late reply, and thanks for your concern I havent talked to my counselor yet.. I used to have therapy but my dad wont pay for more sessions though I ask him to all the time! I've been to 12 different schools in all my life, that must be one of the reasons too...it's so frustrating! Because everytime I'm starting to feel better and start to get out of this, it comes back but worse... I'm starting to try to keep track of the days I feel bad to see if theres some sort of pattern or something.. I just dont know what to do! I feel trapped. I did try talking to a teacher about it, but I started to cry and couldnt stop, and then I couldn't talk at all and as she kept talking to me i felt like i just wanted to get out of there, then spaced out completely and felt like i wasn't there anymore, like i was watching a movie, and it was all going to pass and I'd be out of there.. I wish I could just be normal
