I can understand how frustrating it must be for you for him to not let go. Is he calling you, writing you, texting you, e-mailing you--all of the above or just some? It won't be easy, but I suggest you just ignore however he tries to get in touch. If he gets too out of hand, then you can report him for harrassment. You have moved on with your life--and it sounds like you made the right choice.
