Yes I do. I like it. I can sit and just focus on the food (if it is unique or special in some way), I can grade papers, I can read or jot down notes, I can just think - any number of things.
If it bothers you, try going someplace with sports on tv screens or eat at/in the bar area where a lot of others will be alone.
