{{{{{{Jessi}}}}}} I've never cut, but I do get impulses to do things sometimes that I shouldn't. It can be hard, but is there anything to distract you that might work every time you feel like cutting? Pets or animals, knitting, reading, movies/videos, coloring, blowing bubbles, exercise? Maybe if you do pushups every time you feel the urge to cut--by the end, you'll be too tired to cut, plus you'll be stronger. Just brainstorming. Hope you find something that works!
