I'm not good in confrontation but when someone put my back to the wall and I have no choice, I do confront and then I confront very well without backing off.

I did this today because I have problen with a coworker who is so hypocript, it get me sick. She talks behind my back and try to put me down. Some people told me she was jealous of my work because I use my imagination and my creativity at work and what I do comes out very good. She said so much bad things yesterday that I almost quit my job and I slept about 2 hours last night.

This morning she greeted me with a smile and a good morning but I'm sorry I am not hypocript I will not smile back at her or greet her. Instead I have confronted her telling her to get off my back and out of my department and if she have something to tell me to say it right now and not behind my back.

She just walked away. Good!

I just wanted to share this because I'm proud of myself.
