I'm not good in confrontation but when someone put my back to the wall and I have no choice, I do confront and then I confront very well without backing off.
I did this today because I have problen with a coworker who is so hypocript, it get me sick. She talks behind my back and try to put me down. Some people told me she was jealous of my work because I use my imagination and my creativity at work and what I do comes out very good. She said so much bad things yesterday that I almost quit my job and I slept about 2 hours last night. This morning she greeted me with a smile and a good morning but I'm sorry I am not hypocript I will not smile back at her or greet her. Instead I have confronted her telling her to get off my back and out of my department and if she have something to tell me to say it right now and not behind my back. She just walked away. Good! I just wanted to share this because I'm proud of myself.

That's great Time0. I truly admire how you dealt with this person. I struggle with confrontation too. I am way behind you on a path in the forest.....(my path is long and hard to find sometimes..... undergrowth and weeds........ but flowers and good things are fighting for the light)

Well done time0! Some people do need to hear some 'truths' and it is great that you let her have it, so to speak. Well deserved and I admire you for that...

I was off today and she is off for the weekend.
I'm sure I will hear about it sometime next week that's for sure. She is so hypocript she will turn it to her advantage. Thank you! |
