Hmm what about get asshat pdoc to tell MD DMV that you "don't have bp"... Just long enough to get your license? Or maybe you'd have to physically be in MD? I didn't know you have to have residency a certain time to get DL in another state. Was just thinking today of a different state to move to but nothing sounds good and only free place with family would be Louisiana. I might do it...
