Is it possible to have 2 licenses?
yeah, Maryland's just a whole state of nosy assholes. I don't like it there.
Though, I don't believe my mother ever reported her bipolar...

I might be able to get a MS license if I establish residency here... like an apartment rather than a dorm... and I think I have to wait till I get a full MD licence anyway since i don't want to go through another learners permit process.

Hmm what about get asshat pdoc to tell MD DMV that you "don't have bp"... Just long enough to get your license? Or maybe you'd have to physically be in MD? I didn't know you have to have residency a certain time to get DL in another state. Was just thinking today of a different state to move to but nothing sounds good and only free place with family would be Louisiana. I might do it...
