The discomfort is when pressure is applied to a certain region, where is the discomfort?

I don't actually feel it when I apply pressure unless I'm lying on it. I mostly feel uncomfortable when I breath too deeply. I don't always feel it, either, but it's in the area of the lowest rib on my left side, more to the front than back.

It's just a mild pressure on the inside. I'm not sure how else to describe it.

Only a slight, but sudden, dip below the rib. On my right side, that dip isn't there.
