I totally know what you mean....it really IS abstract and sometimes I just look at my T with a blank stare...she probably wonders what is up with me...lol But seriously, I know how you feel...and my T doesn't always explain it as well as I need it to be...but I guess I need to be more proactive and let her know.....I am glad that you found this to be helpful, I wanted to share so that others could hopefully get something from it,too
