Hi everyone,
I've been in bed most of the past 2 days, just zoning out trying to push away the negative and painful feelings.
I was just thinking probably I should eat today. But honestly I don't want to. I'm not interested in food. Or eating alone. I just found myself wondering what's the point of eating? I can't find one. What's the point of doing a whole bunch of stuff when you don't care and don't feel happy anyway?
