How do they diagnose you? What questions do they ask?
How was it for you? like what did you say? How did they respond?
Granted it's different for everyone, I'm just trying to get a feel of what to expect.
I'm the type of person that when asked a question my mind goes completely blank. If this happens at the doctors, I'll end up looking like a right attention seeker or something.
Sometimes I just wish I had someone to go with me, someone I could talk to and tell everything to.

I went years suffering in silence until things got bad, I felt the way you do for years but then I had enough and went to see my GP, If you don't know where to start with talking maybe write down the way you're feeling and give it to your GP I found this helped me, I was lucky that I had a doctor that was very understanding, She later referred me to a psychiatrist as things did not improve and was then diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, I am now in therapy.
