i don't pay attention to calories. i just eat what i want, as long as it's not too fattening, and i don't over-indulge myself. i did this when i was losing weight the first time. it's just a matter of burning more than you take in. but back when i was thin i was an exercise junkie.
i hope you are still exercising and eating right. that's the best way to do it, unless you are still on medicine that causes weight gain. in which case, that would suck
