I agree i had a T that all she did was tell me that my feelings were wrong and that they werent important and now i got a T that doesnt put down things and i feel comfortable with and she listens and responds in ways that maybe hard to hear but its helpful and she never tells me that anything i say is wrong or unimportant she says something that helps me let out emotions instead of holding them in.
