I was diagnosed with fibro two years ago now. I have found a few things that have helped get me out of the flare or keep them at bay a little at least. I was told to do exercises before getting out of bed. That does help me get out of bed at least. House work or any work, by doing something for 10 to 15 minutes only then resting for at least that long and keeping to that schedule does help but even with a timer I am too stuborn to stop in the middle and then pay for it. I also start the day with a warm water aerobics exercises. The combination of the stretching and the moving water seems to help a lot. My husband has read a bunch of the material I had received at a fibro chronic pain clinic and I just highlighted the key things for him. I am lpretty sure those are the only parts that he read but I think it helped. The chronic fatigue is almost worse for me than the hurting. Know that we are here to help and keep asking questions. We are all in this together.
