Anything by Jon Kabat-Zinn is really good too! Full Catastrophe Living is all about trying to live in the moment by simply becoming more aware of everything around you. I think the books on mindfulness-based therapy are also pretty useful. The Mindful Way Through Depression has been really helpful for me (although I still haven't gotten to read all of it).
