Home Depot/Lowes manager (my stepson was this), radio station work/commercials, teach fish cooking/cleaning (I want that badly for private instruction, the cleaning part, but there's no such thing :-) continuing ed classes at a local community college a couple nights a week, teach guitar (same continuing ed classes).

Noncredit Instructors

Many community colleges, their continuing ed classes they let you offer a proposal for what to teach, etc.
