First of all, unfriend, you need to give yourself liberty and freedom and you won't do that whilst mentally shackled to your past.
Eat nutritious food, do some light exercise and reach out to friends and family. instead of spending time dwelling on feelings from your past, do some fun activities with them and build up your relationships.
What have you always wanted to achieve? Take time to think about your dreams and make them into achievable goals, broken down into steps.
Most importantly, do it for yourself, nobody else. You are the most important and the priority.
