I try my hardest not to break stuff, cuz that usually leads to further meltdowns on my part.
but self hitting, biting, ETC are the unhealthy ways in which I come when I am overwhelmed. and I think I do it more lately cuz I'm clean. I can't drink my sorrows away.
It's nice to know I'm not alone.
