I'll end up telling her, if she asks which I'm sure she will. Plus one spot is on my wrist so it's pretty visible. I've never had a therapist threaten to tell my emergency contact because of cutting. But my therapist is wanting my husband to come in this week's session to do a safety plan together because of me overdosing.
