My sister had white hair with turquoise tips when she was in high school and to this day I still think it was her best hair color----even though she's punk the scene still changes as you get older and now she has a more restrained pure black and lets her ink be the color. I say do it while you can it gets harder to take risks when you're older because of job concerns etc.
