I think you need to have this checked out if it persists, given your history of cardiac disease. What you have felt may be anxiety related. But I would not take any chances with your life. I do not think one typical cup of coffee would of made this difference. But what do I know?

Still, alchohol with heart medication? Hey, I am not trying to be critical with you, and I am no expert, but do you really think this was a good idea?

PS: The thought of open heart surgery makes me a bit apprehensive.
