I have this. My therapist calls it obsessive anxiety thoughts. They are very intrusive and very annoying, it really does drive me crazy. I would still consider it somewhat OCD you just don't act on it, we just have the thoughts about certain things.

What i experience for example if I see something or experience something that bothers me I repeat it in my mind literally hundreds and hundreds of times, over and over and over. I can't sleep or think straight. It bugs me, it is very intrusive and happens anytime anywhere. These thoughts last weeks or even months until a new thought replaces it and then I obsess over that, and then that becomes repetitive. This is just my experience. Because of this I have been on many medications over the last year and so far not much has helped. I am currently on Topamax and Viibryd.
