My symptoms are at worse these days. I have to study and read for completion of a project and I can't find any thing helpful. I have decided to resume yoga from today but for now I am sitting in my office with a to-Do list in front of me while my mind is racing and gives me feels like it's shrinking and when I try to start working, my heartbeats race like a horse. Does anybody know any activity that I can adapt to help myself in office hours? Allergic to Meds.
