I had/ have this to the T. The past few months I've been on birth control/ hormone pills, and it's very weird how I've only had this about less than 1/3 of what I used to. I feel like a whole new person, almost.
And this is coming from someone who absolutely hates!!!! medicine. I was strongly opposed to BC for more than a year, but gave in, as what you mentioned, and the unbearably painful cramps just pushed me too far.

If you are willing to try BC, I'd talk with your doctor about everything you're going through and ask if BC will help any. I hope you're feeling better & I send you safe hugs <333
