Last week was not very good for me,
Lots of black outs, to the point I lost about 3 days, my mood must have been noticeably low, my friends at work were asking what was wrong. But I couldn't even answer them.
Thursday, I was physically exhausted, and I had racing thoughts. But no black outs.
My friends were asking more questions.
I just wasn't ready to talk, I still just wished I could be locked in a room, with no human contact. And I was getting agitated and stressed very easily, people on the bus talking, eating crisps, just everything was getting to me. Same thing on Friday, but I had a couple 3rd person moments, and lots of déjà vu, but I was planning to talk to my co workers. But I bottled it.
The weekend I has been better, but I have lots to distract myself with.

Anyway, I think tomorrow I should tell my co workers what was going on.
And it could be a chance to learn what others see, maybe learn something about my black outs.
Has anyone been in the same situation?
Maybe have some advice?
