Hi, I had dizziness too on Lamictal. It did pass but took a while and took its toll on me. I had jelly legs and couldn't walk straight at all; confusion, like word searching; shakiness, and felt like there were bugs crawling all over me. I read later that itchiness is a common side effect. All of this this went on for several days. I couldn't lay down as it made it worse, but I found that sitting up felt more stable. I was so unfocused though the it was hard to even watch a movie. I hope you feel better soon. Know that it's temporary. For me, I've felt like I'm either fending off one of my symptoms or a side effect or really both at once really.
