I've just begun to reduce my citalopram, alternating 10/20mg.
I don't think this is entirely related, but my mood has been noticeably changeable.
Yesterday and day before I was on top of the world, mostly. In fact I was very active, as the day before.
Today I am floored by minor altercation with partner.
This derailment is a long term pattern, but I thought that I had d3veloped resilience, but no.
When I'm tested the same reaction occurs. Snappy, nasty, teary, sorry for mysrlf.
I am going to come off meds, but the mood swings are getting me down.
When I'm doing something I like, fine, and can take on anything. Too happy?
