So when I was in seeing a CPN a couple of weeks ago he asked how my happiness was on a scale of 1-10, and I answered saying generally a 6 but as high as 8 and low as 3-4...

However, I think this is somewhat arbitrary because it is very subjective. Does anyone know of any good online guidance as to a scale like this for psychiatry? As in, examples of how one would feel & their outlook at each point on the scale.
