And well done on reaching out for help with your problems, I know it isn't always going to be easy to do something like that. And maybe your doctor could refer you to some anger management group or sessions if you check that out with them, or for some support with what happened in your past.........??
There are a lot of different forums on here as well, if we might be able to help you a bit elsewhere with that too?? Maybe take a look around, there are a lot of understanding and supportive people on here. So make yourself at home and post wherever/whatever you feel comfortable with.
