I have a great female P-Doc and she really listens to me and does like a 10 minute session about my meds and a 10 minute session about my mental health (not having the opportunity to have a therapist), but I told her about my occasional tricep/bicep arm twitches and she says I may have to go down on my Seroquel - which I need for a good nights sleep.
Also she increased my Lamictal from 50mg to 100mg. I read the therapeutic range is from 100-400mg. I guess she is doing the right thing because I'm having less mixed episodes. No other medline changes.
Today is the 2nd anniversary of my mother's passing and I've been so sick with the flu that I've not had a chance to talk and pray to my mom I've been to the bathroom too many times and either drinking water to rehydrate or lay down in fetal position with blanket.
Anyhow that's how it's been going on my mind lately. TC all.
