I have a great female P-Doc and she really listens to me and does like a 10 minute session about my meds and a 10 minute session about my mental health (not having the opportunity to have a therapist), but I told her about my occasional tricep/bicep arm twitches and she says I may have to go down on my Seroquel - which I need for a good nights sleep.

Also she increased my Lamictal from 50mg to 100mg. I read the therapeutic range is from 100-400mg. I guess she is doing the right thing because I'm having less mixed episodes. No other medline changes.

Today is the 2nd anniversary of my mother's passing and I've been so sick with the flu that I've not had a chance to talk and pray to my mom I've been to the bathroom too many times and either drinking water to rehydrate or lay down in fetal position with blanket.

Anyhow that's how it's been going on my mind lately. TC all.

Hello. How do you add in your medications and diagnosis automatically on each post? I had a look around on website but cannot find it.
thanks

First of all I am so very sorry for your loss! It doesn't sound to me like your doc is pushing pills. I think she is just trying to give you just enough to help you. I hope you get to feeling better soon. that flu can be very nasty.

Maybe having the flu is the perfect distraction for this time of year. Too sick to be obsessed with your loss. Sorry about your loss.

I'm so sorry for your loss.

Today (22nd) is the third deathiversary of my mom. I miss her so much. Even more so when I'm sick.

IDK what your beliefs are and I mean no offense, but maybe your mom is there watching over you, especially when you're so sick.

I hope you're on your feet again soon. Take care of yourself.
Thanks for this!

My psychiatrist gives me 15 minutes of his time with me. I am on Geodon 60mg twice a day. Lamictal 200mg a day, and also Depakote 500mg twice a day.
