I am also on Fluoxetine, Olanzapine, and Lamotragine, the same cocktail as you. It will take a few weeks for the Prozac to kick in. It will take much longer to titrated up the Lamictal to a therapudic dose.

IMO the Prozac/Zyprexa combo is a winning recipie. I think this combo with Lamictal is even more so effective. But then YMMV.
