I was doing that for awhile, going to sleep just as it had gotten dark out. I wish I still could even though I wake up by 3 am. I'd rather be up much earlier than going to sleep late. The only advantage to going to sleep at 5 am is I begin to calm down the later it gets but then I wake up late and the anxiety is all awful again. Lately I'm going to sleep by midnight but waking at 4 am very tired and unrested and I don't actually sit up until 8 or 9 or later. Blah.
